Since I joined The KariGhars in September 2023 as the Chief Growth Officer, my journey has been fueled by a shared vision with our company founder & CEO, Mr. Abhishek Chadha. While The KariGhars was not a multinational billion-dollar company, the passion, drive, and vision of Abhishek were incredibly inspiring. His commitment to elevating the brand and pushing the boundaries in the business of luxury interior design aptly aligned with my professional goals, motivating me to contribute to scaling the business to new heights.
Together, we built a synergy that led to shaping many of the company's milestones - be it from streamlining operations to fostering a culture of sustainable growth, facilitating financial processes, and compiling key data, which helped establish a solid Profit and Loss (PnL) framework. This set the stage for a more organized and efficient approach to managing our business, ensuring long-term success and an increased PAT for the company.
To further support our growth, I restructured our recruitment process, allowing us to double our team size by strategically rehiring and onboarding new vendors. This growth wasn’t just about increasing numbers, it was about ensuring quality! To achieve this, I introduced an extensive one-month training program to equip every new team member with the skills and knowledge needed to contribute effectively. This focus on structured hiring and proper onboarding has strengthened our team’s capabilities and ensured that we continued to deliver excellence across all projects.
On the sales front, I brought in a new framework that helped streamline operations and improve performance. By integrating cutting-edge technology and thoroughly analyzing sales trends, we were able to optimize our approach and become more data-driven. In-house PR was another key area of focus, where I brought in a dedicated point of contact to help elevate our brand presence and ensure we maintain strong visibility in the market!
As we reached a major growth milestone with the expansion of our new office, I also led the revamp of our LinkedIn marketing strategy to better align with the company's shifting goals and to showcase our successes on a broader platform.

A significant part of my efforts had also been towards streamlining our finance processes, setting clear targets, and implementing performance-based appraisals to ensure accountability and reward excellence. Working on fostering better interdepartmental visibility, also led to reduced turnaround times and increased overall efficiency. By defining specific working mechanisms and setting targets for each vertical, I was able to create a better-structured and goal-oriented environment that positions us for long-term success.
Through these initiatives, we’re now operating more smoothly, with a clear vision for sustainable growth and a commitment to succeed in everything we undertake.
Looking ahead, my vision for The KariGhars goes beyond just refining our current operations. I'm excited to lead our expansion into Hyderabad by 2025, bringing our luxury interior design expertise to a new market! At the same time, I’m focused on ensuring that our Bangalore office continues to operate smoothly and efficiently, setting a strong foundation for our growth.
Our dedication to innovation, quality, and exceptional client satisfaction remains at the core of everything we do. I’m sure these values will continue to drive us forward as we expand, allowing us to push the boundaries of luxury interior design and deliver exceptional experiences to our clients. With a clear strategy in place and a talented team behind us, I am proud to believe and await to witness The KariGhars continued success in the years to come.
