So, the financial year has completed and none of us never?thought of closing our business year like this.?
As a daily routine in lockdown, I was?reading a few articles today and every article talks about how you can start selling your product even in such a situation or once this situation settles down.?
Well, it's an important aspect for every business. Businesses should know how to manage a crisis and sell their products in such tough times because eventually, we have to look at our economic growth.?
But I see that in the rush of trying to sell, thinking to produce more..... just how traditionally businesses worked, there is something really important that we as a business are missing out...?
We are constantly hearing that it's is?no more a suppliers?market, instead, it is a customer market now.
So have you started really designing your business model based on your customers' needs? Have you ever asked yourself if your relationship with your customer is strong or not? Do you care to stick with your customers and strengthen your relations with them??
I am sure we will all agree that our customers are the most important factor in making a business successful.
