What is one of the most critical points that you miss and your grant application proposal fails

During my training and coaching sessions, I am asked “Nikos, what is the most important thing that people miss to consider and they have their grant application failed?” . I always answer that I am not sure on the most important one but definitely I can tell one of the most significant ones that very often it is missed and this is a key reason for having your proposal failed. This is nothing more than omitting to involve an external evaluator to evaluate your proposal and your approach.

In this training moment, I reveal to you why it is so important to involve an external evaluator (someone that has experience on the evaluation of grant applications), when to involve one and I outline in specific those 4 specific stages during the proposal development cycle that you need to involve an evaluator for having a successful proposal.
