On-page SEO refers to the optimization of individual web pages in order to rank higher and earn more relevant traffic from search engines. It involves optimizing various elements on the web page such as content, title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, URL structure, internal links, images, and more.
Off-page SEO, on the other hand, refers to the activities performed outside of the website to improve its search engine ranking. These activities include building high-quality backlinks, social media promotion, social bookmarking, guest posting, influencer outreach, and other online marketing techniques that help to improve the website's reputation, authority, and visibility.
Both on-page and off-page SEO are important to achieve a better ranking in search engines. While on-page SEO helps search engines understand the content of the page and its relevance to users' queries, off-page SEO signals to search engines that the website is trustworthy and valuable to users.
