What next..........................
New world ...

What next..........................

After this enforced time out, resting, recovering, planning, chilling or anxiety time. What does the future hold, when will it unfold and how will it look?

That sentence will mean many different things to many people. The common denominator is that none of us know for sure. We are one week down and more weeks of contemplation to come. For me at the end of week one I am wondering what will the new world look like?

Emotionally many of us are considering the benefits of the full 'reset' button, having a reality check, counting our blessings, and appreciating our neighbours ..... in my own opinion not before time.

Many of us who own our businesses will be turning our minds to the future. How can we use this 'down time' to contemplate, plan, improve, change and maybe for some rise from the ashes.

I am concentrating on keeping our B&L heads above water. Making sure our clients who are critical care agencies have the supplies they need and that my family, work family and friends are all safe and well and if not well then cared for.

Beyond that from a business point of view, how can I plan and be ready for our clients in the hospitality sector to enable them to return to their businesses equipped and safe to open to the public.

Without doubt many of us will be cautious when we return to group gatherings outside of our 'safe bubbles' . Will the virus have abated? Are we expecting a second wave? Do we have a vaccine? am I immune? Did I have it at all?

For certain none of us can say we did not know or had no knowledge of the Corona virus. We now have that knowledge and with that comes a duty of care to our clients, visitors, family and colleagues. My companies forward planning is to be able to provide enough support and equipment to our clients in the hospitality sector enabling them to plan for a safe & hygienic re-opening which in turn will allow their customers to feel comfortable.

When you are planning the reopening of your venue please consider installing adequate hand washing facilities. If you do not have running water accessible and at regular intervals then please consider buying hand gel dispensers. In all probability we anticipate a rush to buy these as soon as the end is in sight. We will not be able to guarantee supply & demand if that should happen.

Please forward plan and get your orders in sooner rather than later. Be prepared. Stay safe
