What is new in Android Nougat?

#Android N is now officially called as NOUGAT

Android N is packed with scads of nitty-gritty improvements, many of which are under-the-hood. But here are five relatively showy enhancements that make us ridiculously excited for the eventual launch of Google’s next mobile OS.

1. Multi-window mode  -  Multi-window seems like a feature which users have been requesting for a while now.users can use apps in a split-screen mode and picture-in-picture mode as well. It's almost like an app, floating around the screen.It will work on tablets and Android-powered TVs.
2. Doze Mode - Google is making changes to the Doze mode in Android N.Previously, in Android Marshmallow, the Doze mode would not be triggered when it was kept in the pocket/bag. with the new update, this feature will be activated when the screen is turned off. hence, it will save upon more battery.
3. Virtual Reality - Google is also launching a brand new platform called Daydream. At the same time, it will support Google play,YouTube,Street View,Google Movies,Photos and others.
   
4. Notification -  Now you can reply to messages directly from the notification interface. You don't have to open the app to reply.
5. Night mode and Data Saver - Night mode inverts the color of the screen. so at night when you're using it, bright light won't affect your sleep. Data Saver limits the data used by apps running in the background and thus saves data.
