What a Neuroscientist says about Neuroplasticity and Hyperproductive Agile Teams

Since I published my book Leading Exponential Change almost four years ago, I haven't stopped pointing out what exponential change is and how it can affect people in the company.?
We know that unexpected situations can require radical changes in organizational structures or power distribution. This causes cortisol levels in the brain to rise as the person feels they're losing power or prestige.
What happens to the body when cortisol levels are high?
You probably feel stressed, but that's not all. The adrenal glands produce the hormone cortisol and release it into the bloodstream. Cortisol is often called the "stress hormone" and causes your heart rate and blood pressure to increase. It's your natural "flight or fight" response that's kept humans alive for thousands of years.
High levels of cortisol prevent people from adopting different perspectives and reduce mental agility. That's why you need to understand exactly how the brain works when people are exposed to exponential change in a company.
In this edition, Dr. Andre Vermeulen (neuroscientist) explains how you can work with agile teams and achieve hyperproductivity, even when faced with unexpected situations.?

One of Andre's skills is his ability to analyze situations with a solid neuroscience foundation, but explain them in simple terms. Facilitated by Irena Pavlovska and Joel Oosthiusen.
The missing gem to your Business transformation. Business Agility Institute and Enterprise Agility University Models
A few weeks ago I had a conversation with Issame El-kharbili (France). He is an expert on the Business Agility Institute (BAI) Models. In this conversation, we talked about the opportunities and challenges of using the Domains of Business Agility created by BAI. We could also see that there is no one-size-fits-all solution.
So we decided that it would be a good idea to ask Issame El-Kharbili to take a different approach and analyze how to accelerate change in the organization using alternative paths.
We came up with an experimental session where he will try to explain how to use the Enterprise Agility University models (EAU) models to reinforce BAI frameworks when you get into stagnation.
