What is National Inclusion Week ?

Why disadvantaged, community charities need your help and why it matters for your company or staff.

This year's theme is 'Impact Matters'. We say everyone matters and all employers need to mindful of inclusion from Board level to shop floor, working at home or outside.

It includes neurodivergent staff in all areas of work health, education, care, business, manual, IT, civil servants & more. Inclusion means fully including us as often our differences like being able to process language quickly or ‘fitting in’ are seen as deficits. Our chronic health even if hidden or if a visible disability are often not believed.

Volunteering fosters empathy and reciprocity. It benefits all.

As a community we are often left out. We ask to be heard, included and coproduce initiatives in all areas with equality and equity in health, education, care, work and social mobility.

We believe disadvantaged, community charities should be included and ask you to help volunteer or support us .
