Baby bro is watching cartoons on TV.
It's cloudy — 76 degrees here in New York.
Let's talk about what my co-worker said to me.
------------------------------
Have you ever had someone give you advice?
This happened last Friday.
There was a phone call from a guest.
Working at a call center, you answer the phone.
Ended up being 1 second slower.
Another co-worker got the call.
What my co-worker said to me was this:
"You have to be faster."
He was right.
I felt horrible.
You can't learn sitting around waiting for a chance.
You grab it even when you don't feel confident.
The only way to learn is to take a chance.
"You have to be faster."
You can apply this to many things in your life:
Speed plays a role when it comes to what you value.
Focus on one thing you like to get done.
"You have to be faster."
P.S. What was the best advice someone said to you at work?
