What is MSPC Flooring?

MSPC-- Also called Melamine SPC.

We use melamine paper as top layer instead of film paper, which is same decor as laminate flooring. Here we will call it MVP,Melamine Vinyl Plank,which is also Most Valuable Plank.

MSPC(MVP) is much more anti-scratch than traditional laminate flooring:

Firstly, Anti-scratch and Wear resistant are totally different properties.

Briefly speaking, by anti-scratch, we mean its ability to resist unrecoverable scratches. Wear resistant refers to its wearlayer performance.The thicker wearlayer floor has,the more wear resistant.

It’s not difficult to understand why MVP is much more anti-scratch if you have experience with laminate flooring.The table below may bring you better understanding:

Why price is high?

1. Raw material of melamine paper cost is high.

2. It’s a new product for us factories too.Defective rate is very high.

3. SPC is mostly produced automatically,while MVP is totally hot-pressed by workers board by board.

4. We factories have spent a lot money into studying MVP.We need to take it back and study to make MVP better.
