Now you see me 2 is quite originally a movie which reminds me a lot of a marketers life. Interested to know why? Then here it is, actually the movie airs with an ex-magician trying from behind the bars catching the current team in complete a shock which is what is happening with a lot of the current marketers who are caught when they least expect it by some agency who from behind the scenes send reports to the owners to showcase that the marketing team in total has been sleeping over and whiling their time and money away. This rude shock gets the marketing team to bring their act together to put on a show for the world to watch as they try to take down this new agency, while also beating their old foes and people who got pissed by them but this is not possible unless two things align:
So what team members do you need to beat the agency and any new threat that may crop up:
He is going to be your key to unlocking the way out as he is not your marketing manager but the guy who works in tandem with the marketing manager and has been a step ahead auditing and improving the implemented marketing strategies from the first day. He is also the strategist who is always going to stay a step ahead of the agency or any upcoming threat to ensure that you always get the best results to show and are in all terms continuing your work
2. Your Manager:
He/she is your standard go to marketer who keeps all of your marketing activities in proper order, mark you he is not an MIS executive so too much of excel sheets will help him/her run away soon so you need to make sure he/she stays as he/she is your on the ground guy who is tying your team together
3. Your SEO \ Content manager \ second strategist
He/she is your core of the team on whom your whole reports or marketing activities are based on he/she can single-handedly deliver the value and results but need very strong backing as their content or work is solid but they fail with the outreach or spreading of the work activity. They are also the major weight holders in the team as they complete the most load bearing tasks so that the whole team has additional works to do.

4. Your outreach guy/girl:
He/she is the person who keeps links and all the deadly weapons in their safety to be used when required. Unfortunately they are also the person who is sacrificed when in times of need but trust me hold on to this one wild card and you could go ahead to win the full battle or movie in total against any digital marketing agency.
So if you are going up against an old arch enemy or against a full grown agency who seems to be trying to find the kinks in your Armour.

In-fact you should include your new agency guy/girl in these kinks too so as to form the perfect team, with your team doing all the work and your agency auditing only and keeping them in check to get maximum productivity from all.
