What moves you?

It’s a cool Sunday evening and my heart is warm.
Quietly and quickly, I’ve done something this weekend.? With determination and a calmness that comes knowing it will get done, no matter what, I have moved through without needing motivation and overcoming hurdles or obstacles as if they were like a grain of salt.? Small.? Dissolvable – viewing them more as “tests of commitment”
When I consider doing this in a different time and for another reason, I know I would have allowed the hurdles to hold me back.? It would have been the reason “not to do” and been the justification for inaction.
In Coaching, I often seek to find that “spark” – that thing that will move my client.? Many words and phrases are used to describe this like: passion, burning platform, energy – you get the idea....
For me, what you call it doesn’t matter.? It is that you identify the various things in your life that move you, irrespective of whatever else is going on.? These are the things you give priority to – the things you look back and are happy for, the things that you dedicate money towards.? The things that move you.
Whatever the week brings, my wish is that it brings you something positive that moves you positively.
