Food and beverage in all of its glory is highly subjective. What is delicious to one guest may be completely repulsive to another. This is a quick share. My goal is to give you access into my mind and to share with you what living life deliciously looks like to me.
What do I prepare for two famous Chefs that booked private dining with me?
Had a famous client call me to announce he and his wife were in town and wanted a special dinner. I whipped up my audacious Irish Ribeye.
I began with my famous Black Label coffee and crushed sea salt rubbed grilled dry-aged ribeye; hand cut, apple wood smoked bacon wrapped grilled asparagus; twice baked potato sliced thin topped with Irish butter.
Then, for this mouthwatering beauty, I prepared two options for our guests: Irish whiskey and three pepper reduction sauce or my new dry Black Label coffee, horseradish, Irish cream sauce.
Minds were bent, tummies happy, and souls felt a deep satisfaction.
