INCREDIBLE! The #Procrastination TED Talk just jumped to the #2 slot.
Over dinner, on Monday, June 17, 2024, Tim Urban’s talk (at 71,747,214 views) passed Amy Cuddy's "Power Posing" talk. It now trails just a few million views behind Sir Ken Robinson's (77M views) talk on creativity in schools.
Spoiler Alert: My analysis predicts that Inside the mind of a master procrastinator will become #1 before 2025.
Released in February of 2016, it has been truly remarkable to track how quickly Tim's talk became a viral sensation, in just over 8 years.
That said, I had an inkling of its potential when it zoomed past one of my client’s talks** (ranked #7 at the time) to seize the title as the “most intensively viewed talk” in history!
I believe Tim's talk succeeds for 4 key reasons. Let’s count them down this weeks as he claims the #2 slot!

9 个月This is one of my favorite Talks! I actually usejj by it in the Public Speaking class I teach at a community college. There are so many good concepts in this Talk! Thank have about 4 that are my go to Talks that I use but this is generally the first one I use in a semester.
