What is the "Most Underused" Exercise?

Many articles have been written about which exercises to do and which ones to never do, and yes I have contributed to a few of them in the past. The truth of the matter is that everything is subjective and it all comes down to function. What is it that you should do over and over to help you function better in life, but which you rarely or never do? That is the "Most Underused" exercise our routine of exercises you aren't doing. There are a few exercises that work well for everyone BUT they are rarely ever used by anyone. Learn how to warm up, improve your mind/muscle connection, and cool down properly. The "Most Underused" exercise is the one that you keep NOT doing over and over and over and over without ever doing something else to help you improve. Don't let illness and disease trick you into battling yourself when you should be battling them with everything you've got. Using an elevator to go to the 2nd floor? Clogging the parking lot at the gym while waiting for someone to pull out so you can park closer to the entrance... even on a warm & sunny day?
