What is the "Most Overused" Exercise?
Many articles have been written about which exercises to do and which ones to never do, and yes I have contributed to a few of them in the past. The truth of the matter is that everything is subjective and it all comes down to function. What is it that you continually do over and over to help you function better in life, but is actually tearing your body down? That is the "Most Overused" exercise our routine of exercises you do. There are a few exercises that work well for everyone BUT they can become destructive over overuse over time. Learn how to breath properly, improve your ability to move efficiently, and strengthen your will to live better. The "Most Overused" exercise is the one that you keep on doing over and over and over and over without ever doing something else to help you improve how you do it. Don't let illness and disease trick you into battling yourself when you should be battling them with everything you've got.
