What Most Job Hunters Get Wrong
When my coaching clients are looking to change careers, it’s pretty typical for them to ask me to review their resume and help them understand why they didn’t get the last job they interviewed for.
Like most people, they’ve been focusing all their efforts on the execution portion of the job hunt - what I call “the visible part of the iceberg.” But that approach isn’t very effective at helping people find a great fit.
The most important part of a job hunt is hidden beneath the surface. So when people put in the effort to first get clarity on who they are and what they want, the chances of them finding a job they’ll love go way up.
I’ve lived this out in my own life, and now I help other people get the clarity they’re looking for as well.
I hope you enjoy this short video. Please share it with some of your friends who dislike their current job or are actively looking for a new one.
