What are the most effective packaging designs to reduce breakage during transportation?

When I first joined the company, I received a sample order from a customer. Subsequently, I took the initiative to send out some samples. Through continuous hands-on experience, I discovered that effective packaging significantly reduces the risk of product damage. This ensures that customers receive intact samples, providing them with a positive and satisfactory experience.

Our company specializes in disposable food packaging, primarily focusing on PET material packaging boxes. This type of packaging is susceptible to damage during transportation. During the packaging process, I use foam paper to tightly wrap each product, completely enclosing them, and then secure them with several rounds of tape. Once all the products are wrapped, I choose a suitable box.

I start by placing a layer of foam padding at the bottom of the box to provide a cushioning effect. Then, I arrange the wrapped products inside, followed by another layer of foam padding on the top. Care is taken to address the corners to prevent misplacement of items during transportation. After completing the packaging, I wrap the box with tape to prevent any potential damage. Finally, I affix a shipping label on the box, completing the packaging process.

Every customer who receives samples packaged by me has commended the robustness of the packaging, with no reported damage to the products. I believe this is an effective packaging method that ensures the safety of the goods during transportation.
