The biggest disservice the leaders of an organisation do to their organisation is to put the "products" before " people" in terms of importance .
Like the character of a home can be judged from two things - bathroom and the treatment to the elders , similarly , an organisation can be judged from the importance the HR/Talent recruitment and Managment (TRM) within the Organisation. Is the HR/TRM department a static pond or a flowing stream ? is the answer to the wealth of the organisation .Does the organisation have a very clearly defined Learning and Development budget in the annual plan? If Yes , the organisation is a flowing stream , gathering nutrients from where it flows nd nurturing the plantation ir comes across . If Not, you need a change , if you are in a learning mode .
