What More Can You Offer

If it's been a while since you reviewed your product offering, then take a few minutes today to consider what you can additionally offer to your customers... it might just triple your income.
I share this as concept as I recently helped a business escalate their revenue by simply increasing what they offer to their current vendor partner. Funnily enough, their vendor partner took them up on all of their offers!
This is what we did...
During conference season, vendors are in competition to get as many booth activations as possible, which also helps them sell their product. So to help draw more and more people to their booth, they look to partner with people and companies who can help increase interactions, gain quality leads and generate engagement.
The company I worked closely with had always offered and given the usual "lightning talk", however, this time around we discussed the possibility of providing more options to their vendor, with the hope of increasing their income. Potentially this strategy could increase their revenue and the amount of exposure they would have, through working over an increased number of days.
The options included the usual lightning talk and then in addition, a fun trivia quiz, a book signing and a chosen panel for a Q&A on a hot topic. These added options wouldn't take much time to prepare either.
The vendor loved all of the ideas and the conference was a roaring success for them as their footfall was astronomical, the highest they had ever achieved which also helped them go onto to sell more of their product in the weeks after the conference.

Likewise the company I worked with also tripled their revenue, simply by giving more options. On top of that, they've already signed the contract to partner for the next conference, again with the increased offerings. If their increased income and secured future business wasn't enough, they've also had offers from other companies who want a similar footfall at their vendor booths, as they've been impressed with the numbers they witnessed.
Do you offer the same things, to the same companies time and time again, whilst receiving the same payment each time?
Take the time today to review further options you can put forward and recommend to your customers and don't be surprised when they take you up on your offers.
Happy to help.
