Meet our new project manager of ShipAtlas: Thea Wold . She has been with us since October 2023 and has lifted our design and look up to another league. Beside being our inhouse design agency, she will also be the project manager for ShipAtlas. ShipAtlas is our working horse, and ShipAtlas have ambitious goals for 2025:

Number of free users: up 60% on a low budget (we reached 62% growth in 2024)

Increase in sales revenues: up 90 % (we reached 65 % in 2024)

ShipIntel Essentials

We have started the year with recurring customers greeting ShipIntel Essentials, adding sales and signing up new customers.

We have also officially launched the live / dynamic vessel list, or position list as many customers will choose to call this list. So if you want to find which vessels might be candidates for a cargo with a specific laycan, or you want to find which vessels and type of vessels will reach a specific port because you need to plan your logistics and supply, you should reach out to us.

You might think that ShipIntel software is only available for large companies, but that’s not the case. Our pricing models make it accessible for small and medium-sized businesses as well.

ShipIntel Pre-Fix

We have signed 2 enterprise pilots, and we are looking so much forward to working with both these companies ant to continue developing ShipIntel Essentials, Pre-fix and Post-Fix.

We have launched more advanced features to the AI driven workflow; email parsing - > AI driven cargo list - Pre-fix - > negotiate and fixed - > handover loop.

When we tell customers that they can plug in ShipIntel Pre-Fix directly to their Microsoft Outlook subscription and have their emails categorized, tagged, filtered, parsed, and even add notes within 2-3 hours without any contractors, they often don’t believe that this is possible. Yes we do, provided you are using Microsoft Entra for Microsoft's cloud applications and you have set up the Entra groups wanted by your company.

?Is it true that integrating ShipIntel Pre-fix with Microsoft Outlook only takes minutes?

Yes, if step 1 is done, it actually takes seconds.

?Why should we pay 100 000 USD for only having an email parsing system when we can get Email parsing integrated in our Microsoft 365 subscriptions and we get an AI driven Pre-fix system built on worksflows we recognise for a fraction of that price?
