We get difficult customers, angry employees, no shows, interview calls etc etc all the time but what is it with Monday's? Any of this happening on any other day, is just work but on Monday, for no reason magnitude is multiplied, impact is great, responses have no restraint.
And the funny part is everything has to happen on Monday; sudden resignations, joinings, unannounced leaves, heart breaks, family emergencies, complaints, rants, vent outs. So what is it with Monday's?
So much action, so much drama and even I find myself reacting to some minor issues with a lot more intensity on Monday. So what is it with Monday's?
