This is what momentum and change look like.

Over the weekend, we made a bit of history! Our teams in the Pacific got on a global zoom call with our corporate teams and leaders of the company we are partnered with and, for the first time, it was translated simultaneously (and live!) into French.

Never in our wildest dreams did we imagine, when setting goals at the start of 2020, what was about to unfold on the planet over the last few weeks. The impact is huge. Recession, pandemic, redundancies, crisis, panic buying, lockdown are now part of our daily vocabulary.

And yet, amongst our leaders, there is so much excitement as our company strives towards building the world's leading business platform, underpinned by game-changing technology and disruptive innovation.

So it warmed my heart this weekend to be on such an incredible call with my team and hundreds of other Pacific leaders, who are creating momentum and change, by helping others create more certainty for the future.

We are global leaders, creating momentum, using a strong, shared vision. And when we take action and momentum begins...results are inevitable.
