What is The Mobility Intelligence ?
Understanding Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow's Mobility for accurate Decision Making

What is The Mobility Intelligence ?

The Mobility intelligence ( M.I. ) is a data-driven approach Seiki created to understand the patterns of qualified population movements & behaviors for Smart Decision Making.

For example, M.I. can be used to identify traffic patterns, impressions or audiences associated to an Out Of Home billboard or congestion hotspots. It can be applied to optimize public transit routes, or even to develop more efficient transportation networks.

M.I. is particularly key for decision making in fields such as Smart Cities, Retail, Real Estate, and Out of Home Media.

1 - Out of Home Media: Mobility Intelligence predicts, monitors and assesses the volumes of Brand Touchpoints with a great accuracy. It helps advertisers and media companies understand the effectiveness of outdoor advertising. By analyzing traffic patterns and predicting future trends, advertisers can make informed decisions about where to place their ads for maximum exposure. They can also benefit from real time performance reportings and very detailed campaign reports.

Seiki invented one of the most accurate MOOH ( Mobile Out Of Home ) methodologies to be able to measure with precision the impact and frequency of a 2 months campaign on 300 wrapped Trucks all over France, or on 200 taxis in Milan for instance.

2 - Retail & Real Estate: Mobility Intelligence helps retailers understand how traffic patterns and congestion impact foot traffic and sales at their stores. By analyzing traffic patterns and predicting future trends ( for example during the Olympic Games in Paris ), retailers can make informed decisions about store locations, hours of operation, and advertising campaigns. Mobility Intelligence optimizes Point of Sales Networks and can predict where to build the right store at the right time for the right brand.

By modeling different transportation scenarios, Real Estate companies can identify areas that are likely to experience increased demand for housing or commercial space.

3 - Smart Cities & Institutions: Mobility Intelligence can help cities or institutions understand the impact of new transportation infrastructures or policies. By modeling different scenarios, city officials can make more informed decisions about investments in public transit, pedestrianization, bike infrastructure, and other mobility options.

Seiki can take into account variables that are not directly related to mobility to enrich its decision making system. For example :

Limited funding, as developing and maintaining transportation infrastructure is expensive, and many cities and countries may not have the necessary funding to invest in new transportation technologies and services. It can take into account regulatory hurdles. As developing new mobility services and technologies often requires navigating complex regulatory frameworks and dealing with entrenched interests, such as traditional taxi companies or public transit unions. Or even public resistance as implementing changes to transportation systems can be difficult when the public is resistant to change, particularly if it involves changes to established transportation habits or preferences. The evolution of the inflation, the fuel prices, the behaviours of a next gen or Civil Engineering KPIs can be also integrated in Seiki studies.

Overall, Mobility Intelligence is a key tool for Smart Decision Making in a variety of fields, as it can help stakeholders better understand the impact of a communication campaign, the efficiency of an existing or a future transportation infrastructure and policies on various aspects of urban life, from public health and safety to economic development and environmental sustainability.

Interesting ! I imagine you keep in mind that tomorrow's mobility will probably be impacted heavily by Electrification, Connected and Autonomous Vehicles, Shared Mobility and Micro-Mobility.
