Heading into the final stretch of the Financial Year, our focus this month is on Psychosocial Hazards in the Workplace.? The relatively recent addition of psychosocial hazards in addition to physical hazards to WH&S laws has meant that organisations are now required to take proactive steps in managing psychosocial risks to ensure a healthier and more productive workforce.?
