What is a mastermind (and why is it different)

To cut to the point, there are lots of programmes out there branded as 'masterminds' that are really courses and trainings.

I've been running masterminds since 2020, and over the last few years in particular, I've seen a lot of 'masterminds' pop up that are really courses with modules and specific trainings where everyone is aiming for the same outcome.

Which is not a mastermind.

A mastermind in it's purest sense, is client led and includes some 1:1 and peer support. There is no set agenda (yes there is a set time to meet so all masterminders know when to show up) but there is no specific module or framework to follow in terms of focus or support.

This means that whilst you might need support with your mindset one week and lead generation another, that's ok. And someone else may need support with their messaging one week and sales page the next, that's ok too.

Because you're supported with what YOU need at?every?step.

The other difference with my masterminds, is that I respect you're investing into me as your coach and mentor, and do not expect you to do the work for me.

Let me explain...

I hear from lots of people that they've invested in a mastermind in the past where the host rarely shows up and has guests / associates running the sessions, or let's the group 'lead itself.'

I hear from people that they've invested in a mastermind before and that they get no real face time or support with the host (the person they invested in), and ethically, that just doesn't sit right with me.
