#BreakTheBias has been on the top theme this year as we celebrate International Women's Day. The question on how are you trying to break the bias?

One way I am trying to break the bias is through storytelling. Sharing stories of women who have paved the way for me and helped me thrive to be better each day.

I love this video by Ginni Rometty listen when you have a minute.

So to the question, March 8th to me is paving the way for others. Through mentorship, ensure that the women whose stories we share do not go in vain. How do I intend to #BreakTheBias, I plan to do so by #PavingTheWay for others.
