What makes your team turn up for work every day?

Helping business owners in the Black Country to become more confident and lead the life they have always dreamed of
September marks my four year work anniversary with ActionCOACH Black Country.
This is something that I will celebrate not only because I feel very fortunate to have a job that I love but also because it is the longest I have worked anywhere...ever!
I started my career in marketing in 2009 and by 2017 I changed my job seven times averaging just over a year in each workplace ?? There were good reasons for me leaving each and every one of my roles and it was always my choice to do so, so why have I stayed at ActionCOACH for this long?!
The answer is simple.
I believe in the vision of the business, I share in many of Andy's values and I fully support and work within the 'rules of the game' that drive our culture.
Have you ever wondered, what makes your team turn up for work everyday?
If you're a business owner with a team who aren't performing, who turn up late, who don't represent your company in the way you think they should, or, you're finding you have a high staff turnover, then it might be time to look at your culture.
If you build a culture that is aligned to your values and hire people who share those values then how much better do you think your workplace could be?
If you need some help in how to build your culture order a copy of our '21 Proven Steps to Unlock Your Business Potential' and pay particular attention to Session 9! Or, you can reach out to me any time and I'd be happy to have a chat.
Are you using blogs as part of your marketing?
I set myself a goal for the quarter to write one blog a week and I have been sticking to it. Often people are put off writing blogs because they think they take too long and are a waste of time but there are countless benefits to publishing blog content on your website and with the help of some AI tools they don't need to take hours to produce!
If you're unsure about using blogs read this:

What would it be like if all of your clients were 'A' Grade clients?
When it comes to growth, focusing your efforts on the right clients can make all the difference – the more A grade clients we have the easier our work becomes and more growth we can experience. This is where the concept of the “Dream 100” comes into play—a strategy talked about by Chet Holmes in his book “The Ultimate Sales Machine”.

Anyone else still missing the Olympics?
The good news is we have the Paralympics to keep our summer of sport going!
I spent a lot of time watching the Olympics and it made me really think about how the Olympian mindset could be used in business too.
