What makes you happy?
If someone asked you, "What makes you happy?"
What would your response? Most of us might start by listing things like spending time with loved ones, enjoying a favorite hobby, or maybe just having some peace and quiet after a long day. But if you think about it, what makes us happy tends to change over time and often depends on our current situation.
When you're a kid, getting a new toy or playing outside with friends.
As a teenager, it could be as simple as hanging out with your friends.
As adults, our definition of happiness shifts again, it might be landing into a dream job, traveling to new places.
Happiness is dynamic!!!
What makes you happy today might not hold the same weight tomorrow. That’s okay! Our lives are constantly evolving, and so do our needs and desires.
The key is to recognize that happiness is not a destination but it’s a journey.
So, next time you ask yourself "What makes me happy?" don’t feel pressured to have just one answer. Let your happiness be as fluid and ever-changing as life itself.
