2 年I found it to relax my mind so much more when not working around management especially when your performance is higher than your manager. You perform your job better when you don't have conversations with your managers or coworkers that you don't like. It's like a breath of fresh air especially, when you have managers that don't appreciate the work that you do for them. You can be doing double to triple work and your manager doesn't appreciate you.
