We answer your questions in a straight-forward manner! No beating around the bush and no fine print!

We keep it fair! Fees are according to your income and we don't turn people away if finances are a barrier!

We give back! A large portion of collected fees are put back into our community programs! Because, guess what!? Next time, when your friend, neighbour or family member needs support, we will be ready to help them no matter their financial barriers!

We present you all non-court options! We run free monthly workshops because information and education is power. Helps you make informed decisions and ask the right questions, no matter what process you choose!

We follow the rules AND incorporate yours because you are the parents and YOU KNOW what's best for your family and children!

You are supported throughout! It's a child focused process, but you, the parents also need the support! Just like in an emergency on a plane – you have to put your own mask on first before you can help anyone!

You get the best and most effective service, right in your community! Most of the time we use a co-mediation model, so you're covered on all fronts.

We get it! Life is busy, stress can be at the maximum when going through separation and your kids need you at your best! That’s why we have extended hours and take appointments on weekends.
