You may have thought about signing up for an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) or you may have something in place already for your staff.
There are so many benefits to having one which include:
My Wellness Hub has a proven track record and we’re really proud of what we’ve created. We have designed this programme from over a decade of experience of seeing thousands of therapy and coaching clients. We know what works.?
We use diagnostics to tailor a programme to meet your organisation's specific needs and challenges.?
The businesses that we work with all know us by name, we regularly email all of their staff with tips and practical advice as well as offering them workshops and 1:1 support should they need it. As a result of this relationship we have high engagement and trust.?
Confidentiality is often a reason why some people may be reluctant to take up any support offered by larger organisations. With us they know that any of their problems will remain confidential.
We’re easy to access. Our support is available through multiple channels; including instant access to self-directed resources such as meditations, blogs and videos and we have contact over phone, email, and online.

We use analytics to recognise and build on popular resources, feedback from workshops and themes of coaching calls to get to know your business. This can result in higher levels of satisfaction and better outcomes for employees.
Our bespoke service can be more cost-effective than generic programs because they are designed to meet the specific needs of your organisation. This means that you can allocate resources where they are most needed, rather than paying for services and resources that your staff may not use.
Overall, a bespoke EAP can provide your staff with better support, increase their well-being, and improve the overall effectiveness of your organisation and a healthier bottom line.?
We offer a range of options to suit your budget; from one off talks, short coaching packages for a crisis situation or a specific issue to a comprehensive framework that is proactive?for your well-being and mental health needs.?
We also offer one hour, half day or full day sessions on mental wellbeing, yoga, nutrition, or mindfulness.?
If you think your organisation would benefit from our bespoke EAP service then please do get in touch to have a chat about working with us.

2 年#EAP programmes are an essential to businesses today. I have used our one repeatedly and you can't put a price on the positive impact it has had on both my mental and physical health. I think they are especially valuable with many people WFH - as you don't see your colleagues as often, so can't notice the changes that you used to when you would see people day in, day out.
