What makes a true leader

Leadership is evolution as a subject. It has become central to many if not most business issues. With my personal and professional experience, I believe that there are 3 simple principles of leadership:

1) Simplicity

We do not prefer to follow ideas or people we don’t understand. We do not look forward to solutions which are complex. Therefore, a?Leader should be straightforward, simply, simple.

People would love to follow a person who is understandable, traceable, straightforward, and visioned toward his/her goals.

2) Sustainability?

Would you like to be a part of a team with a long-term vision or a team having a short plan of 3 months? Of course, long term. Right! People like to follow a person who can inspire them and can shed light on how their actions and initiatives will impact them over time.?They choose people who are sustainable, and who place their actions in the market with a long-term plan.

?3) Smile?

William Arthur Ward once said: “A warm smile is a universal language of kindness.”

Everyone wants to follow a person who is happy because at the end of the day they want to be happy too in their lives. A leader's smile is always important. It is significant. It includes every behavior that is focused on people.

It means that the leader sees the problems as opportunities and challenges which they must solve but with positivity.

With all these 3 principles, you get a fourth one embellishing the traits of the?Solution,?these three can transform you into a great leader who can immediately transform problems into solutions.?
