Actions

As a company, we do everything we can to ensure our staff feel valued and supported. Once a month, our staff are provided with a free lunch (this month it was pizza), as a reward for their continued hard work. Once a year, the company organizes a team building day where all members of staff take part. This includes an interactive activity which encourages staff to mix with colleagues they may not necessarily work with on a day-to-day basis. The company also offers onsite, free of charge massage sessions by a trained masseuse. Furthermore, we have trained several staff to be mental health champions. Even though they cannot offer professional advice, they are more than happy to listen to anyone who needs to talk and offer advice when required. Lastly, a team of volunteers recently organized a menopause workshop to support women.
