Enlightening. Wouldn't have picked Formal frameworks as such a priority - but makes a load of sense

Leadership is such a difficult thing to develop and I think structure at least gives a good baseline.

This is interesting, Chris Scherer. I think the trend has been to de-centralize and remove the pyramid in many organizations with the hope of elevating all voices. This suggests that more structure is needed.

My organization is pretty much just me, and one very part time assistant. However, I can see how overlooking these things can be very destructive.
