I have worked a lot of contracts over the years and for quite a few different corporations. Some of the contracts I was treated like dirt, worse than not belonging. The outsider with nothing to offer, even if all I wanted to do was help. Others I have been treated like I truly had something to offer, even though I was only going to be with the team until some goal was achieved. Every idea, even the bad ones, were welcome and desired.
I watched a video that I think explains what leadership is and why it's so important. Even more so today with all the world has been going through. I don't often recommend something like this, but I think this is something everyone should see. I also love the delivery, as the speaker has a great sense of humor.
