Good leader ?? A good leader balance team according to gender. If department or job both female and male can do it, your department should be 50% Male and 50% female then you can call yourself a good leader. If department is full of Female and less male or no even one male, something wrong with that leader and he or she is not a good leader. If department is full of male and less female or no even one female, something wrong with that leader and he or she is not a good leader. Let stop select gender if both genders can do the job. Yes, there is certain job, or task requires certain gender to do the work, and I understand but if both genders can do the work, let balance both gender so that we can call you a good leader. Lead by example do not lead by being selective.
