What is Corporate World and how we look at it?

The term corporate world is synonymous with large industrial establishments with its large business world that creates larger and sustained impact on its environment around it in terms of socio-economic-political-and-cultural dimensions of society. The common man looks to this world with obvious curiosity, awe, suspicion, hope, despair and even contempt. The business world looks at it as an icon which decides the trends in market.

Professionals look at it the world full of opportunities and challenges linked with their future. Expert looks at it the enigmatic entity that makes topic of applied research as the corporate watchers to predict the futuristic developments. Players in stock-markets probably sleep and also wakeup on daily basis with vibrations, upheavals, dynamics, ups and downs in this so called “Corporate World”.

?Root-

The root of “Management Science” is an “Art and Science of War”.? There are three major functions in managing Wars, broadly speaking, i.e. Strategies, Logistics, and Tactics. In running enterprises also, we need these three functions to perform.

Corporate world essentially in involved with Strategic Function of the organization. The Vision, Mission, Values, Conceptual Drivers of Strategic Changes for continuous OD is Strategic aspect of corporate governance. ?

What is strategy?-

It’s the fusion of creative imagination with the ground realities to create a trap to catch the future with vastness of exploitable potential of opportunities, and with reasonable acceptance of inherent threats. Those with sound strategy normally won the battles against formidable armies with tactical warfare and high logistics. Sound strategy is weapon no.1 of the winners.

The organizations which are changeable, flexible, agile, alert, and restlessly creative would normally develop, and those which are sluggish, rigid, highly conservative, ultra cautious, would fail to grow and die natural death on its own.

·?????? What really makes small organization really great in due course of time?

·?????? What are those unique features of the smaller organization that are likely to emerge great?

·?????? Do smaller Indian Industrial/Business Houses in general show that passionate urge to grow Really Great?
