2 年I'm a customer of reynold india. We have HP indigo 12000 digital printing press. My firm's name is Kuber photobooks. My machine is due for 4 days due to issues in chiller and the company is failed to resolve this issue. I had called them multiple times but not a satisfactory reply till now. I have already faced a lot of loss till but Reynold India Pvt. Ltd. Hardly care about their customers. They didn't even understand the need of replying on my mail. I will never recommend this company to anyone. They have installed the MS pipe in our chiller which is highly reactive and since day 1 Those pipes are rusting. Now They are saying they will replace MS pipes to SS pipes. My question is why they have used MS pipes at first place. Even After 4 days they failed to even identifying the issue. What kind of experts they have in their company. Dear Vanika Rakshit and Suhena Rakshit please resolve our issue asap. Else we have to replace the chiller of Reynold India Pvt. Ltd. by some other chiller
