What is Machine learning And Artificial Intelligence?

Machine learning is a specific subset of AI that trains a machine how to learn. It is a method of data analysis that automates analytical model building. A branch of artificial intelligence based on the idea that systems can learn from data, identify patterns and make decisions with minimal human intervention.

Data preparation capabilities, Algorithms – basic and advanced, Automation and iterative processes. Scalability and Ensemble modeling is required to create high standard machine learning systems.

  1. In machine learning a target is called a label.
  2. In statistics, a target is called a dependent variable.
  3. A variable in statistics is called a feature in machine learning and
  4. A transformation in statistics is called feature creation in machine learning.

Whereas Artificial intelligence (AI) is the broad science of mimicking human abilities, it is the ability of a computer or a robot controlled by a computer to do tasks that are usually done by humans because they require human intelligence and discernment.

THE FOUR TYPES OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ARE:-

  • Reactive Machines
  • Limited Memory
  • Theory of Mind
  • Self-Awareness

Artificial Intelligence Work by combining large amounts of data with fast, iterative processing and intelligent algorithms, allowing the software to learn automatically from patterns or features in the data.

Artificial intelligence IS programmed through progressive learning algorithms to let the data do the programming. AI finds structure and regularities in data so that algorithms can acquire skills. Just as an algorithm can teach itself to play chess, it can teach itself what product to recommend next online.

Artificial intelligence generally falls under two broad categories: Narrow AI & Artificial General Intelligence (AGI).

Narrow AI: Narrow AI is often focused on performing a single task extremely well and while these machines may seem intelligent, they are operating under far more constraints and limitations than even the most basic human intelligence, A few examples of Narrow AI are Image and facial recognition systems, Chat bots and conversational assistants, Self-driving vehicles, Predictive maintenance models, and Recommendation engines.

Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) is based on a suggested idea or theory ability of an intelligent agent to understand or learn any intellectual task that human?beings can A few examples of (AGI) are Smart assistants (like Siri and Alexa), Disease mapping and prediction tools, Manufacturing and drone robots, Optimized, personalized healthcare treatment recommendations, Conversational bots for marketing and customer service, Robo-advisors — also known as automated investing services for stock trading and Spam filters on email.
