So, before you start running your first big Influencer marketing campaign, make sure you’ve found the right influencers to take it forward, the one whose audience, beliefs, and behaviours align with yours.

Relevance Matters: Every influencer has a unique skill set and caters to a different set of audience. As a brand, your job is to find someone who echoes your voice and matches with your brand image.
Value Engagement: A good number of likes and followers are great, but in the end, it’s the engagement rate that’s going to win you customers. Moreover, a high engagement rate also means that the followers are paying attention to what the influencer is posting and choosing to interact with them.
Prioritize Authenticity: Always vet your influencers to ensure you don’t land up with a fakester. Are they reposting and retweeting what others are saying? Or do they create unique content, have interesting thoughts, and engage with their followers? The best influencers have more than a massive amount of followers. They have actual influence among their followers, influence that can lead to conversions.
