I am immensely proud to have been a part of the core team of LISA (LEAD Incubator & Startup Accelerator) since its beginning. Over the years, I have witnessed the growth and evolution of LISA, and it has been a journey filled with inspiration, innovation, and profound experiences.

Each cohort of LISA has been a testament to the uniqueness and diversity of talent that exists within our organization. From day one, we recognized that LISA would be a platform where individuals with exceptional ideas and boundless creativity would come together to collaborate and learn. And indeed, each cohort has surpassed our expectations, bringing forth an array of wonderful ideas and incredible participants.

One of the most remarkable aspects of LISA is the sense of community and camaraderie that has developed among its members. Being a part of the core team, I have had the privilege of closely interacting with participants from various backgrounds, cultures, and expertise areas. It is truly inspiring to witness the exchange of ideas, the cross-pollination of knowledge, and the friendships that form during the program.

LISA is not just about theoretical learning; it is a place where participants can turn their innovative ideas into actionable projects. It has been heartening to see these projects come to life, some starting as small sparks of inspiration and growing into significant initiatives. The dedication and hard work put in by our participants to turn their visions into reality are nothing short of commendable. As a member of the core team, I have had the privilege of witnessing the growth of our participants, not only in terms of their professional development but also in their personal journeys. LISA has been a transformative experience for many, instilling confidence, leadership skills, and a sense of purpose in those who take part.

Moreover, the journey of LISA has been a continuous one. With each new cohort, we learn, adapt, and refine the program to make it even better. It's a dynamic process that keeps us motivated and engaged, as we strive to provide the best possible experience for our participants.
