Today I'll be sharing FLG Team Culture: Our 5 Winning Beliefs

We've defined these 5 winning beliefs to be a reflection of our FLG team strengths. These are how we operate as a group, which defines our attitudes and beliefs that we all share. FLG is a collection of people working together to push ourselves forward for our individual and team goals.

1. Co-Existence

Without the team - there's no you, no me, no us. The greatest part of being in FLG is co-existing with the other team members. It's about working together to achieve a common goal, and when the team reaches that goal, you will also achieve your individual goal. I've seen time and time again on the importance of teamwork - Team members who are supportive and empowering towards each other, will accomplish great things together, and that is why FLG was able to be Hutton's number 1 team in 2021 based on $16.8 million group revenue generated

2. Management as a Service

Leadership is highly encouraged in FLG, as we are always looking to groom the future leaders of Real Estate. Here we practice "Management as a Service", where our leaders manage you as a service to you, and it's not about you "reporting" to the head. FLG leaders are always accessible and visible to help create an environment of trust, ownership, and responsibility. This creates our FLG culture, where all agents are a part of the team, rather than just working for it.

We want you to be empowered and take ownership of your career and success, with our leaders as your guides. We emphasize continual education and growth, both professionally and personally, so you can reach your greatest potential, and achieve all your goals.

3. Everyone as Peers

Everyone in FLG is equal, regardless of rank, seniority or experience. We believe there's always something to learn from everyone, even if they are brand new agents, as they may be experts in other areas. We do not draw a line within ourselves. We work together as peers, always looking out for one another and lending a helping hand.

There is no hierarchy here, only a team of equals working towards the same common goal. This is the heart of everything we do as a community and what makes us unique - to be open and learn from one another, with everyone

4. Motivation Comes From Vision

We believe that to achieve your goals, you must first know the vision of your self growth in terms of your sales, career and life. It's all about how you want to build your portfolio, and your team's portfolio. Because when you see more of your team's portfolios being grown by you... you are actually helping yourself to grow your own portfolio as well - that is your vision. You have to be clear on what you want in career and in life. Once you have that vision, it becomes the motivation for everything else you are going to accomplish.

Even if you don't have a specific vision yet, our training systems at FLG are meant to help you create one. They're designed to help you achieve success in all areas of your life. And it all starts with knowing where you want to be, and having the motivation to get there.

5. Change is Growth

The only constant is change, and many of us are finding ourselves always catching up to new technology (such as social media marketing). We must always be looking ahead, noticing the trends, and seeing what other new things are coming up. We must continue to keep up with the fast pace of ever-changing growth. A clear example is how agents used to advertise: We used to place advertisements on Straits Times in the past, but it's very rarely seen in this time and age. Now we use WeChat, WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube to advertise,

We must always be willing to change and grow with the times, in order to stay ahead, and keep breaking through our own limits and goals. Our team culture is to constantly be evolving, so be prepared to learn new things and grow with us! FLG provides plenty of trainings, systems and resources to help every individual.
