What Lies Beneath!

The earth’s inner core is responsible for life’s sustenance, and the driving force of gravity which contributes wholly to earth’s stability and survival. What lies beneath earth’s surface defines all human existence. The innermost part of Earth is the core and is?about 1500 miles thick. The inner and outer cores consist primarily of iron and nickel. Its temperature is extremely hot, reaching between 7200 and 9000 degree Fahrenheit, far above the melting point of iron. Notably, the inner core maintains the earth’s magnetic field, shielding us from the harmful solar radiation. This phenomenon is the invisible force responsible for our existence and no man has been able to go deep into the core and explore the supernatural mysteries that lies beneath. The inner core is the true and defining nature of what the earth truly is.

The human mind, according to psychology, is an inherent mental power that manifests in form of perception, reasoning, emotions, motivation, and thinking. This is in contrast with the physical body. Likewise, the human inner core is the central, internal, and consistent part of an individual’s personality. These?include the personality trait, emotions, attitude, self belief, core values, and motives of an individual. This is a person’s true self, hidden beneath the inner physiological and psychological structure, and the outer physical makeup, of any human. ?Scientists have identified the human inner core as our authentic and true self. The core is who we are, and every human has the psychological makeup that is unexplained, and constantly speaks to us through our intuitions. Professor Hitendra Wahdwah, of the Columbia Business School, on Personal Leadership and Success, asserted that our intuitions arise within us, as an impalpable feeling, rather than something that is physical in nature. However, every human is uniquely identified by his outer makeup, his personality traits, abilities, likes and dislikes, belief system, leadership style, moral code, and what motivates him. All these factors contributes to what can be seen as our unique identifiers.

The human mind is a unique web of complex phenomenon that ?thinks, remembers, imagines, and senses. It contains about 100 billion neurons. The mind is abstract, and it is used to characterize our thought process, feelings, and self-awareness, with the innate coordinates from the brain. The?basis of successful leadership is hatched in the brain. Coherence in the right frontal section of the brain is essential for social skills, emotional control, and self-awareness, and these skills are the basis for reverberant leadership. Leaders trust their intuitions, and constantly interacts with their inner self. The outcomes are exhibited through their actions. The main obstacle to becoming an upright and moral individual is the failure to constantly communicate and learn about how negative emotions are produced within our inner core. Successful leaders trust their intuitions, interacts with their inner being, communicates with their emotions, and constantly review their cognitive processes. The inner being, just like the earth’s inner core, is the life force of humans, and what lies beneath these complex and unexplained phenomenon is the driving force for personal leadership success. Leaders fail to utilize their intuitions, and constantly interacts with their inner self to overcome the obstacles, uncertain situations, ability to assess risks, and make the right decisions, that significantly impacts the organizations.

Leaders are often confused with the nuances of the pressure and demands of leadership. Our inner self is the greatest asset every leader should trust to navigate, through the pressure of various opinions. Successful leaders trust their intuitions and inner self. This is where our subconscious stores all information, knowledge, and experiences, and connects these with each other, in making tough decisions. Leaders often ignore their inner self, and are often influenced by exercising confidence that often results in arrogance that lead to corporate failures. Mindfulness is key to dealing with confusing intuitions. Every leader must practice mindfulness more than eloquence and charisma. What lies beneath drives our emotions and self-awareness, and leaders often fail to take this into account. Leaders should constantly know their inner self, their deepest thoughts, desires, emotions, core values, and what makes them act the way they do. Overall, eloquence and great communication skills, learning agility, and courage are inconsequential in leadership success if leaders fail to explore and have a good grasp of their inner core. Knowing what lies beneath this complex physiological phenomenon, trusting your intuitions, and mindfulness, are the necessary ingredients needed for personal leadership success.

The concept of trusting our inner selves to navigate leadership challenges resonates with historical figures like Abraham Lincoln, who demonstrated remarkable self-awareness during a time of immense pressure in American history. His ability to tap into his inner wisdom and make profound decisions is a testament to the power of introspection. In light of this, I'm curious about the neurobiological underpinnings of this inner navigation. Can we draw parallels between leadership decisions and the processes in the brain, such as the role of the prefrontal cortex in decision-making? How can we enhance our subconscious navigation abilities to become more effective leaders in today's complex world? Your expertise in this area would be enlightening.
