Legendary Service? is at the heart of everything we do at IPFS?. Since 2013, IPFS has connected its associates with the opportunity to participate in the Legendary Service program.

Ken Blanchard developed the Legendary Service program with the goal of teaching organizations how to cultivate a culture oriented around good customer service.
