"Hi, I’m Abigail, the guiding force behind ‘Alignment Coaching’.

Have you ever noticed that when you feel out of alignment life just doesn’t flow? It feels like we’re living each day on repeat; stuck in continuous loops in multiple areas of our lives, with the same old stories running the show.?

I founded Alignment Coaching because I’m passionate about helping women understand and break these loops, and live their lives fully aligned and on their terms.?

Having experienced first-hand the Mindful Money Guided Groups programme, I recognised that money coaching is a vital foundational element to my work. And the opportunity to partner with my mum and synergise Alignment Coaching with Mindful Money Coaching, gives us both the opportunity to serve and support in an even more dynamic way.

There are future ‘Alignment’ offerings on the horizon, but for now, having taken several practice clients through the Guided Groups programme, we’re kicking things off with my 12-week 1-to-1 version of this brilliant signature course.?
