What Led Me from Marketing to Governance?

In recent months, I've frequently encountered the question of why I digressed from my established path to pursue an Independent Director certification from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), followed by an ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) certification. To me, this wasn’t just a career detour; it was a strategic move to stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving business landscape.
