What We're Doing:

We’re implementing our Integrated Leadership Development Navigator to 1.) define where leaders need support and want growth; 2.) develop appropriate 5-step learning modules for each cohort; and 3.) create sustainable internal leadership development mechanisms.

When:

This initiative will take 90 days.

Results Expected:

The goal is to increase leader confidence by 50%, reduce fear of conflict by 50% and increase trust in leadership by 75%.
