As leaders, we all have challenges. Are you the challenge? Is it your team? A subordinate? Your boss? Each situation requires a different response to what the challenge is and it does not require unproven communication techniques.

When you have a few moments, read the book, “The Effective Executive” by Peter Drucker. The book is decades old and the concepts for leading well and effectively are evergreen as what you need to practice effective, success producing leadership performance. History helps us to understand human behavior and performance. There are so many “great” leaders that have come before us…and are exhibiting powerful leadership today. You deserve to know how good you are……..
