What is leadership anyway?

Just wanted to share my "feeling of the moment" with you guys.

I believe that leadership’s roots lies in love! Love for what one does, love for his team and for every individual in that team. It requires an open mindset and accepting people for who and what they are. Supporting and pushing them to become the best version of themselves, they can be while being proud and feeling responsible for their individual growth within a team.

I believe that it requires a lot of humanity and humility to accept people as they are, roll up its sleeves and accept the challenge of being challenged day in and day out to help someone else realize their true potential!

I believe that we all possess an unlimited potential within ourselves and that such people can help us, challenge us, support us, love us in developing it!
